ZBJ-7.5-3 series induction bearing heater is mostly suitable for the ring type workpiece with diameter among 70-170.

ZBJ series induction bearing heater is mostly used for heat-shrink bearings, shaft coupling, gears, bushings and other ring type parts during the course of manufacturing and maintenance in the industry of metallurgy, railway, oilfield, machinery, electrical motor, wind generating set and so on.

ZBJ series induction heater applies the principle of electromagnetic induction. The part to be heated acts the as secondary winding. Under the action of induced current, it will produce thermal expansion from the inside to surface, thus to meets the need of assembly.
